In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for department activities while coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, events, communications, and documentation. You will serve as a trusted partner who helps keep work moving efficiently and professionally.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Four years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting business operations, documentation systems, and office administration activities.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and business software tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, composition, and basic mathematics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Executive or leadership support experience.
- Advanced calendar management and meeting coordination experience.
- Event planning and event execution experience.
- Experience preparing travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Experience supporting departmental budgets, planning activities, or reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience maintaining records, procedures, collaboration sites, or documentation systems.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative efficiency.

Job Description
- Performs a wide range of administrative support duties as required, including but not limited to using word processing and spreadsheet applications on a PC, filing, directing phone and in-person requests for information, preparation of internal correspondence, schedule and travel coordination, mail processing, and departmental meeting support.
- Accomplishes specific departmental responsibilities in accordance with published departmental work instructions. Maintains department procedures and work instructions.
- Works with specialized software applications to develop controls and reports for the department, division or company.
- Participates in the administrative tracking of departmental budget, annual objectives and strategic planning efforts.
- Participates in departmental or cross-functional teams as appropriate.
- Assist in procedure development as required. .
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Acts in a safe manner and seeks to ensure the safety of others in the immediate work environment.
