CS Regional Sales Manager - EMEA in Europe


Unique Skills:

The position's location is flexible within Europe.

Multi-lingual (Italian/French/German/English) preferred. Aircraft maintenance and modification experience preferred.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years of business, program management, financial, operations or aviation experience.

Position Purpose:

Sell maintenance, PlaneParts, component repair and overhaul, or provisioning sales to corporate aviation operators and other sales prospects which meet or exceed corporate sales objectives and strategies. Develop sales forecasts and quotas for all services.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Assist regional customers in influencing sales, forecasting and meeting regional and team financial objectives .
  2. Strategic partner to your team and qualify customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention .
  3. Support customers in creating strategies surrounding maintenance programs and aircraft enhancements .
  4. Translate customer requirements into services that can be quoted and scheduled to optimize operational costs .
  5. Professionally lead difficult conversations and navigate to a positive outcome for the company and customer .
  6. Work independently and effectively leverage the company support network .
  7. Assist in development of regional sales strategies to support corporate objectives .

Additional Functions:
  1. Travel extensively, including internationally, achieving projected sales forecast and quotas. Attend major air shows, trade conventions and other meetings as appropriate to represent Gulfstream. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Ability travel 50 - 75% of the time.
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools.
  3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and business judgment in the handling of complex business issues and difficult customer situations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
