Gulfstream—builder of the world’s most advanced business aircraft—is hiring an Aircraft Delivery Specialist to support acceptance and delivery of new IAI‑produced Gulfstream aircraft. If you're organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about aviation quality, this role puts you at the center of international aircraft delivery operations.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and accept new aircraft and assemblies.
- Coordinate deliveries between IAI, Gulfstream, and Final Phase operations.
- Lead quality investigations and support supplier‑site quality activities.
- Manage aircraft registration with regulatory authorities.
- Provide technical input on quality systems and support MRB processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Aviation, or related field (or equivalent).
- 5+ years aviation experience with strong QA background.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Broad technical understanding (structures, mechanical systems, avionics, electrical).
- Experience with CAAI/FAA requirements preferred.

Job Description
- Inspects and accepts all new aircraft and when applicable, aircraft assemblies.
- Coordinates, manages and reports about aircraft deliveries to Gulfstream Final Phase facility.
- Participates, coordinates and implements numerous quality activities at supplier sites with participation of Gulfstream, IAI and partners.
- Conducts and executes quality investigations.
- Coordinates aircraft registration with regulatory authorities, Gulfstream Contracts Administration and IAI.
- Provides technical input to management regarding quality system and product quality activities.
- Supports production line Material Review Board activities.
- Works with and instructs new specialists in inspection & operations functions. .
- Provides support to Gulfstream Final Phase as related to delivered aircraft. .
- Fluent in English and Hebrew with strong written and verbal skills required.
- Experience in a variety of technical disciplines desirable (such as Structural Design, Mechanical Systems, Avionics and Electrical).
- Aircraft Operations experience desirable.
- Experience with CAAI/FAA/Certification requirements desirable.
- Quality Assurance experience required.
- Functional computer skills with MS Office suite of products, PowerPoint, Excel, Word required.
