The compensation range for this role is $45.78 - $60.09 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Job Description
- Ensure accurate and meaningful communication flow between leadership and team to ensure alignment .
- Conduct regular contribution and development discussions (end-of-year discussions and 1:1) and supports development investment for all team members .
- Establish and cascade departmental goals to ensure alignment with organizational goals .
- Delivery timely Progressive Counseling when necessary to maintain safety, compliance, & appropriate behavior amongst team .
- Ensures all department work is completed in an efficient and timely manner that prioritizes requirements for safety and quality at the highest level .
- Assigns production responsibilities, work plans and schedule requirements to teams to ensure that all jobs are completed in a matter that satisfies FAA regulations .
- Ensures that department personnel are qualified and trained to perform work assignments .
- Maintains a safe work environment; ensures that stringent housekeeping, 5S standards and safety procedures and practices are followed; ensures that tools/equipment meet safety requirements; leads trend and root cause analysis and accident investigations .
- Ensures all required. paperwork and documentation, such as, ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, and R&I log, and Corridor are accomplished .
- Coordinates with engineering, finance, materials, quality and other departments to ensure that schedules and budgets are met and problems are resolved .
- Assists in troubleshooting to solve production process problems with processes and equipment already in operation while minimizing costs and preventing delivery delays .
- Promotes, encourages, and leads employees towards a continuous improvement culture. Leads the implementation of Lean Six Sigma initiatives .
- Responsible for timekeeping for direct reports .
- Models and reinforces safety and quality as the priority .
- Make pay planning recommendations .
- Hires and on boards new team members .
- Ensures that aircraft interiors are protected (PTP) .
- Leads efforts to continuously improve existing processes and procedures using Lean Manufacturing tools .
- In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. .
- By own example, sets standards for professionalism, communication, team building and recognition of team members .
- Establishes process controls to ensure a FOD free environment .
- Actively promotes healthy workforce through the utilization of the Corporate Ergonomist and EHS resources .
- Actively supports corporate initiative in resource sustainability .
- Ensures department emergency action plans support the business units Business Continuity Plan and can be executed in a timely and effective manner .
- This position does not perform safety sensitive activities .
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and shifts when required. to meet business need.
