The compensation range for this role is $146,880.00 - $171,360.00 per year.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Job Description
- Ensure accurate and meaningful communication flow between leadership and team to ensure alignment .
- Conduct regular contribution and development discussion with employees (end-of-year discussions, 1:1s, and skip level discussions) and supports development investment for all team members .
- Delivery timely Progressive Counseling when necessary to maintain safety, compliance, and appropriate behavior amongst team .
- Establish and cascade departmental goals to ensure alignment with organizational goals .
- Ensures all work is completed in an efficient and timely manner that prioritizes requirements for safety and quality at the highest level .
- Oversees initiatives encompassing Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement philosophies and concepts .
- Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image .
- Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs .
- Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met .
- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment .
- Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays .
- Models and reinforces safety and quality as the priority .
- Execute pay planning for team .
- Ensure accurate and meaningful communication flow between leadership and team .
- Hires and on boards new team members to support overall success in organization .
- Must have demonstrated: leadership ability; business acumen; initiative; ability to work as a team player; ability to deliver results; ability to make decisions that support company objectives/policies.
