An Advanced Composites Technician III must have a high level of technical expertise in composite materials, repair processes, structural fabrication, tooling, and inspection methods. They should be able to to interpret drawings and demonstrate knowledge of, and capability with, layup procedures, curing, bonding and finishing processes, while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, OEM procedures and regulatory requirements. Employee should be able to effectively communicate, problem solve, and work as a team toward suspenses and common goals.
The compensation range for this role is $27.71 - $32.33 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Job Description
- Manufacture a wide variety of composite aircraft parts to meet manufacturing specifications, in a team oriented work environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements of the Manufacturing Competencies at the appropriate level in the Employee Effectiveness Review.
- Proficient at reading work orders, blueprints, GAC specifications, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
- Must be skilled in the use of special tools and equipment to include precision measuring devices such as 6" scale, 1" micrometer, 6" dial caliper.
- Check all work and ensure a defect free assembly prior to inspection.
- Maintain and use all logs and records. Example: MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area, support the company FOD and 5S programs, and comply with all safety regulations.
- Support Lean activities.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
