Unique Skills:

An Aircraft Ownership Service (AOS) Program Manager serves as the primary advocate for aircraft operators, assisting with maintenance event planning, contract compliance, financial performance, and service coordination to ensure a seamless ownership experience.

 

  • Must have extensive experience and understanding of aircraft operations, maintenance planning, regulatory requirements, and the realities of aircraft ownership.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with operators, maintenance personnel, service centers, and executive customer representatives.
  • Possesses enough business acumen to manage multimillion-dollar service agreements
  • Has some experience with international operators and can understand different cultures, currencies, tax considerations, and time zones.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Corridor and Microsoft 365 suite is preferred


 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in an aviation customer support or related aviation environment including 3 years program management or related experience.

Position Purpose:

Plan, organize and manage company and vendor resources to execute the requirements of customized and comprehensive integrated logistics global product support programs offered through the Aircraft Ownership Service organization.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Interface directly with customer and/or customer representatives to include possible travel, both domestic and international, in providing single-point-of contact services in administration of all contract obligations .
  2. Manage complex AOS accounts to include highly customized contracts, fleet agreements, special conditions and other unique offerings .
  3. Interface directly and establish relationships with global product support, quality, technical operations, pricing, material support, finance, publications, CMP, etc. to support utilization of services .
  4. Monitor progress reports, contract deliverables, account balances and program required. documentation by utilizing current software systems (ex: Salesforce, PowerBi, BOBJ, Corridor, CMP, etc) .
  5. Participate in program / contract onboarding, amendments, renewals and offboarding .
  6. Act as the subject matter expert to support customer events such as intercompany training, Customer Advisory Board, Operations Forums, Trade Shows, etc .
  7. Manage aircraft service visits to include pre-planning, work order reviews, part allocation and invoice reviews/approvals .
  8. Monitor program scope, pricing strategies and program master & integrated schedules. Track program schedule and performance targets .
  9. Provide oversight of contractual compliance for each program (parts tracking, status reports, financial reports, forecasting reports, etc.) .
  10. Manage funding levels and proper allocation for each assigned AOS account .

Additional Functions:
  1. Provide review and responses as required. for customer support proposals associated with AOS accounts .
  2. Train and mentor new team members to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness within the AOS organization .
  3. Assist Customer Support Sales with information related to the AOS program offerings and benefits .
  4. Must possess skills required. to support unique requirements associated with international operators (cultures, currency conversion, taxes, time zones, etc.) .
  5. Ability to act as delegate for direct manager in their absence .
  6. Perform other duties as assigned .

Other Requirements:
  1. Requires extensive knowledge of aviation service and support operations. Proficiency in aircraft regulations, certification and/or A&P License preferred.
  2. Requires a detailed understanding of in-service aircraft operations and the requirements of aircraft ownership.
  3. Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Salesforce, PowerBi, BOBJ, Corridor and CMP.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
