About Our Group
Our Worldwide Ssales team builds relationships to understand and meet the unique needs of our customers. They led our customers through the sales process from contract to delivery.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have prior experience interfacing with Gulfstream's Worldwide Sales organization and/or supporting the aircraft delivery process. Specialist selected for this role will be working very closely with our customer and multiple stakeholders.

Job Description
- Contracts management/administration for Gulfstream’s worldwide sales business .
- Manage proposal development, terms and condition review, and risk assessment/mitigation .
- Facilitates pre-contract and post contract activities in support of projects .
- Receives, coordinates, and responds to internal and external requests for data pertaining to contracts in area of responsibility .
- Administer the terms of the contract and coordinate with internal departments as required. for compliance; follow up on outstanding requests from various people within the organization; schedule and attend a variety of conference calls to discuss and resolve contract issues .
- In accordance with approved processes and procedures, prepare assigned contractual documents as assigned and/or as requested .
- Manage FAA aircraft delivery and title transfer to customers, including leading coordination with customer closing representatives/attorneys, 3rd party financiers, escrow agents, trustees, and Gulfstream external FAA counsel .
- Manage routine reporting and notice requirements as required. in the contract .
- Experience in identifying and mitigating business risk in the terms of the contract.
- Ability to understand and write contract phraseology; very detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with confidence. Exceptional planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and analytical skills.
- Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks and many details.
- Solid interpersonal skills in a fast-paced deadline-oriented and changing environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Experience in all Microsoft programs, Sharepoint and Salesforce a plus.
- Solid business analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and interact with members of the Finance, Completions, and Sales organization, the product team and the executive team.
