Aircraft Systems Engineer - Technical Specialist II in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
1. Apply Systems Engineering principles of Requirements Management, Validation, Verification, Change Management, Process Assurance and Functional Integration.
2. Improve upon current Systems Engineering processes and drive their use for future projects and programs.
3. Create open communication channels with aircraft system owners and management, to provide support or guidance as required, in Systems Engineering principles and guidelines.
4. Create specific milestones and deliverables that can be integrated in the overall project product plan and schedule.
5. Set up Requirements Management database to meet program needs and Systems Engineering guidelines.
6. Support periodic assessments of the requirements management processes/system to ensure data consistency and integrity
7. Collaborate on the development of new technology to support the continuous improvement of the Systems Engineering processes.
8. Develop standards and guides for Systems Engineering processes and methods
9. Experience with ARP4754A and DO-178/DO-331 preferred.

- Advanced degree in engineering, or related curriculum preferred.
- The level of technical skill and abilities appropriate for this grade will be established by each discipline.
