Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years progressively responsible related HR experience.

Position Purpose:

The Consultant Employee Experience & Engagement will lead efforts to support company's success and priorities by implementing strategies that enable a positive work culture and enhancing overall employee experience. The Consultant will provide leadership and ensure execution of engagement and employee experience initiatives. This role will influence and provide guidance in every stage of employee lifecycle.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement .
  2. Develop resources that support the organization to improve employee engagement and experience .
  3. Leading and managing focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and employee experience .
  4. Lead strategic research to assess levels of employee engagement/brand connection and effectiveness in coordination with People Experience Spec. and Comms .
  5. Provide recommendations and insights to the organization that will help improve employee experience and engagement.
  6. Support the communication plan of survey data results and insights to management teams .
  7. Hold meetings with employees and managers to understand team dynamics and needs .
  8. Collaborate with other COE’s to educate leaders and employees on ways to improve company culture .
  9. Collaborate with COE’s to increase engagement, inclusion and belonging ensuring the alignment on initiatives and strategies .
  10. Establish strategies to support all employee lifecycle experience, managing and coordinating projects in collaboration with respective teams and COE’s .
  11. Develop an external network to further knowledge and awareness of industry trends which can in turn influence and facilitate organizational change .
  12. Build and constantly assess the effectiveness of our DEIB educational activities to the organization to keep our leaders and workforce engaged and aligned .

Additional Functions:
  1. Act as a project manager for other assigned projects that support people experience objectives .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software and project management software.
  2. Exceptional consulting and project management skills.
  3. Strong conflict resolution, change management, public speaking and facilitation skills required.
  4. Ability to interface and influence both internal and external audiences including leaders at all levels.
