  • Facilitating cross‑team production meetings, identifying risks, dependencies, and communicating status to multimedia leads
  • Support logistics planning and communication, source equipment rentals, and talent/model coordination
  • Developing SOPs, workflows, templates, and documentation to improve operational consistency
  • Developing project budgets for review by leadership, processing invoices, and recommending cost‑efficient resource solutions
  • Ensuring safe, professional, and efficient production operations across studio and field environments


 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years marketing or communications experience.

Position Purpose:

Sr Spec Mktg Production requires an individual with proven and effective marketing campaign and project planning experience. This includes coordination of all phases of integrated projects or campaigns between Interactive Marketing and other functional groups. Will oversee multiple, concurrent campaigns and projects of different scopes through all phases of the project lifecycle. Must be able to prioritize, manage, determine, and direct project scope definition, strategic alignment, marketing and communication medium selection, work implementation, change control and project close-out.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Document campaign requirements and develop campaign proposals and presentations.
  2. Implements campaign planning standards and processes for structuring Marketing projects, including process/documentation and evaluation.
  3. Oversee high priority direct marketing campaigns through knowledge and understanding of sales strategy and established direct mail marketing processes.
  4. Communicates agreed upon deadlines for copy, creative, approvals and production/fulfillment.
  5. Works with other departments to establish new workflow and process improvements to ensure campaigns are high quality and are delivered on time.
  6. Collaborate with online media advertising campaigns, internet search and third party service providers.
  7. Monitors and reports campaign costs.
  8. Builds campaign reporting and performance benchmarks.
  9. Coordinate online advertising campaigns to ensure data requirements, performance indicators and business requirements stay closely aligned.
  10. Utilize website analytics software to analyze web site performance and trends across multiple websites.
  11. Enter marketing activities into enterprise marketing and CRM software system(s).
  12. Evaluate, understand and interpret data for actionable decisions to achieve business results.

Additional Functions:
  1. Support internal and external marketing activities that may extend into social media, using journalistic skills and industry knowledge. .
  2. Collaborating on process automation, including trigger based campaigns, auto-responders, and lead nurture programs. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Campaign Management software (Aprimo, Eloqa, Unica) preferred.
  2. Advanced use of office applications, MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  3. Previous ad agency or client management experiences a plus.
  4. Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  5. Ability to present ideas in a persuasive manner.
