Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years progressively responsible related HR experience.

Position Purpose:

This position will be responsible for the analytical, evaluation, and project management support of Workforce Development objectives. The position will be responsible for developing and tracking department metrics and KPI for multiple areas i.e. Talent Acquisition, Technical Training and Workforce Development. The position will partner with TA, HRBP, and Technical Training teams on assigned projects and initiatives to ensure proper data analytics are designed and interpreted to track progress.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Conduct evaluation, monitoring and data analysis related to recruiting, Workforce development and technical training initiative and department KPI .
  2. Research best practices and use quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform the creation of new programs and practices.
  3. Synthesize complex information in to presentations and reports for various audiences.
  4. Ability to form business partnerships with internal and external customers to ensure vendor compliance with all applicable contract requirements and program performance standards.
  5. Work collaboratively across Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition as well as with outside stakeholders, including intergovernmental partners, community based organization, and private sector and foundation partners.
  6. Assists Talent Strategy team in the development of hiring strategy to include developing materials for meetings, briefings, conferences and speeches.
  7. Presents findings and rationales through written summaries or presentations.
  8. May conduct candidate interviews with Talent Strategy and/or Talent Acquisition team and if necessary with an HRBP representative.
  9. Participates with on-boarding of new hires.
  10. Assists with external recruiting events.
  11. Participate and support the Apprenticeship program creation, implementation and measurement to ensure successful launch and sustainability .
  12. Participate and support the Pre-hire Assessment program creation, implementation and measurement to ensure successful launch and sustainability .

  3. Proficient in the internet/computer skills.
  4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  5. Microsoft office suite required. with strong Excel skills.
  6. Proven collaborative skills and customer support.
  7. Project Management experience.
  8. Travel required.
