Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and develops certification deliverables; request for conformity (RFC), means of compliance, reports and other documentation as required.
- Reviews/Approves certification deliverables to compare compliance checklist, compliance showing, and 8100-9 finding.
- Demonstrates creativity, and the ability to work with the team to solve complex engineering problems, determining program objectives and requirements, and in developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
- Responsible for an important segment of the engineering program with extensive and diversified engineering requirements.
- Works with their assigned team to ensure that all certification deliverables and schedule are achieved.
- Adhere to Gulfstream safety rules and procedures.
- Apply Gulfstream regulations and policies to daily business activities.
- Weekend and overtime work as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
Strong familiarization with supplemental type certification projects and major repair alterations and how they relate to Gulfstream aircraft design and system interfaces, means of compliance, and certification testing process and deliverables.

- Advanced degree in engineering, or related curriculum preferred.
- The level of technical skill and abilities appropriate for this grade will be established by each discipline.
