About the Position

Join the team for a Spring 2027 internship!. The Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems Engineering department is responsible for the design and 
certification of aircraft electrical wire harnesses. Wire harnesses are the backbone of the aircraft power 
distribution and control/monitoring systems. They provide interconnection between electrically 
activated and monitored components. EWIS engineering is responsible for the airplane wiring, wiring 
devices, conduits, shields and clamps, installed in any area of the airplane for the purpose of 
transmitting electrical energy. Some examples of EWIS deliverables include wire diagrams, loom 
drawings, 3D installations, secondary structure design, certification documentation, reports, inspection 
plans and engineering dispositions.

Requirements
This position is specifically for Spring 2027 semester. 
You must be available for full-time on site work in Savannah.
Actively enrolled in school during the time of the internship. Expected graduation December 2027 or later
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above must be listed on your resume.

    1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
    2. Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
    3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
    4. Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation.
    5. Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
    6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
    7. Must have reliable transportation.
    This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
