- Follow up and process/coordination stock sweeps.
- Support and cover other MRB locations.
- Collaborating in MRB projects
- Participating in productions meeting
- Training new MRB members
- Conduct process improvement in the MRB Cribs.
- Conduct internal audits for inventory control.
- Process discrepant material (DRDIs and QNs)
About the Role:
- Perform Global Inventory Search
- Perform Physical Inspection of Parts per type design in local Inventory Location
- Communicate with offsite locations where noted parts are found.
- Initiate Discrepancy Reports for all Discrepant parts Found.
- Quarantine Discrepant parts
- Initiate GIAP for Parts that have escaped
- Assist with Reports on Stock Sweep process for Management as needed.
- Assist with Training and Development of new incoming quality Techs.

- Able to lift a min of 35lbs.

Job Description
- Develop quality control methods required. for the product or service of the area.
- Prepare department procedures and instructions as required. to implement quality control requirements.
- Review Test and Assembly Documentation. Review new and revised Blue Prints.
- Recommend revision or modification of systems necessary to maintain or improve quality and/or reliability.
- Evaluate new quality control methods and techniques for application to current production and future planning and recommend actions.
- Analyze inspection methods, techniques, equipment, forms, systems, records, reports, and procedures as they affect control of product quality and reliability, and approve or recommend revision.
- Perform miscellaneous special assignment assigned by group leader or supervisor.
- Write and review both internal and external Corrective Actions.
- Follow-up on Corrective Action implementation.
- Participate in and lead audits and improvement workshops.
- Assure that the investigations on Quality issues are conducted according to department procedures and work instructions.
- Actively identify and complete process improvement projects related to achieving improved quality or efficiency of Quality processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
- Work with other departments and/or disciplines.
- Execute company policies and procedures; develop new procedures as required.
- Promote and encourage a continuous improvement culture.

- Support the operating priorities as identified by the Quality leadership team. .
- An Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) may be used with 4 years of related experience (in addition to the experience requirements below) in lieu of the degree requirement.
- An ASQ certification (CQE) and/or experience as a FAA recognized airworthiness designee highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) ASME Y14.5.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Working knowledge of Statistical tools used for problem resolution.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience or greenbelt preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (i.e. Assembly, Machining, Special Process, Inspection, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient computer skills.
