BS in Mechanical, Civil, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
May 2026 graduates will be considered.
The M&P Engineering Metallics team is seeking a self-motivated individual with foundational knowledge in Engineering principles, a strong interest in aerospace manufacturing, and a willingness to develop in chemical processes (pre-treatments, coatings, etc.) for metallic aircraft structure.
- Knowledge of aerospace metallic material systems
- Prior internship or co-op experience with an aerospace manufacturing company is preferred
The preferred candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
Close coordination with other members of the M&P Engineering team to develop deliverables for in-production aircraft programs, such as:
- Authoring test plans and test reports
- Revising M&P documentation (GAMPS, GMS/AML, GA Standards, etc.)
- Interrogating 3D based designs for M&P requirements
- Reviewing M&P supplier specifications

- Ability to convey technical concepts in both written and verbal formats.
- Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, mentor, and other exempt professionals in the group or department.
