Unique Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing strategic recruitment marketing strategies including but not limited to; Crafting compelling job postings, employer branding materials, and engaging content
  • Solid understanding of recruitment and marekting practices, including marekting best practices, talent acquisition strategies and processes, are essential. Ability to identify the most effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates
  • Ability to adapt to changing recruitment trends, technology, and job market dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate the employer brand and value proposition to both internal and external audience
  • Effective vendor management ensuring KPIs are met, contracts reflect the needs of the organization, continual performance monitoring and adjustment based on the changing needs of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously



Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years of progressively responsible related HR experience.

Position Purpose:

A strategic recruitment marketing manager is a talent acquisition leader who develops and executes a recruitment marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engage high-quality candidates and promote Gulfstream as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the talent acquisition team and marketing to build innovative and adaptable strategies and campaigns that result in attracting talent across Gulfstream recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities will also include the management and analysis of all recruitment marketing channels and partnerships.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Lead Gulfstream’s recruitment marketing strategy by designing and delivering a modern, proactive, and effective approach that attracts top talent, using data to optimize .
  2. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end market-leading recruitment marketing recommendations and solutions to support the business’s talent needs .
  3. Develop and lead out on a centralized recruitment event strategy across the function; Partner with key stakeholders to create consistency and maximize effectiveness .
  4. Partner to plan and implement campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, web, print, radio, etc.). Work in strong collaboration with People Experience, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and business teams to project manage and execute recruitment marketing campaigns .
  5. Manage strategies and vendor relationships with external partners such as LinkedIn, Appcast, Indeed, etc.
  6. Embed data analytics into all recruitment marketing programs and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to improve results. Provide data analysis and reports to demonstrate campaign and program ROI .
  7. Manage recruitment marketing budgets; Ensure cost effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources .
  8. Analyze trends, conduct research, report findings, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of recruitment marketing strategies across the entire Gulfstream candidate experience and digital candidate and recruiting platforms .
  9. Lead the ongoing maturing and optimization of Gulfstream’s recruitment marketing strategy; Including by not limited to: candidate persona and journey mapping, building of talent communities, job advertisement optimization, tech transformation, and candidate engagement and experience initiatives .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Demonstrated ability to stay current on marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry.
  2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant tools.
  3. Experience in working with a Content Management system, overseeing, and updating the company’s Career Site.
  4. Proficiency in marketing strategies and digital marketing tools; Includes knowledge of social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment marketing strategies.
