Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years experience in ITSM related fields to include 2 years managing professional level employees or medium to large, cross-functional teams or projects. ITIL Intermediate certification preferred.


Position Purpose:
Responsible for process ownership, implementation, and operations reporting across the organization. Specific areas of focus are incident management, problem management, change management, service catalog request fulfillment process, service level management, and the configuration management process.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Collaboratively design ITSM processes for the organization and evoke staff buy-in across the organization 2. Ensure each process has a process owner 3. Implement change process for introduction of new processes or changes to existing processes 4. Deliver operational and performance reporting for ITSM processes to stakeholders 5. Promote and implement continuous improvement mechanisms within processes 6. Serve as an escalation point for all issues regarding IT Service Management 7. Hire, lead and manage capable, energetic, passionate employees for areas under your responsibility 8. Promote and ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures, as well as leading practices
