Unique Skills:

  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine development is required.
  • A high proficiency in Visual Scripting for Unreal Engine is required.
  • In depth experience in 3D modeling, materials, UV mapping, illumination & topology control for real-time and VFX deliverables, is required.
  • Experience making parameterized game assets is required.
  • Proficient at developing animated interactivity – both technically as well as artistically crafting movement within Unreal is required.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop and After Effects is required.
  • Must be able to work within a given performance budget in Unreal.
  • Will support run of show virtual production operations and must be able to troubleshoot Unreal assets.
  • Experience using a version control application such as Perforce or Git is preferred.
  • Environment building for Unreal is preferred.
  • Development for Virtual Production and other mixed-reality installations is preferred.
  • Experience with integration of multiple hardware and software platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with UX Design is preferred.
  • Concept and look development experience is preferred.
  • Assists end user installing and configuring Realtime applications and troubleshooting performance and functionality.
  • Focus on pipeline and process improvements to maximize efficient development practices.
  • Drive to meet or exceed organizational goals for quality, customer satisfaction, ingenuity and experience.
  • Support updates, documentation and management of 3D/Digital SOP for Multimedia Marketing department.


 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in photography, film, motion graphics, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years of direct multimedia production or post-production experience.

Position Purpose:

Working with minimal guidance or under direction, Specialist: Multimedia is responsible for developing creative multimedia content, ensuring consistent quality and branding of multimedia marketing content. This position may travel frequently for on-location shoots.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Support the planning, production and post-produciton of multimedia content with direction from a Multimedia Senior Specialist, Supervisor or Manager .
  2. Work with subject matter experts from internal organizations to develop new content supporting strategic Marketing activities across multiple channels .
  3. Contribute technical and creative knowledge to design concepts working closely with other artists .
  4. Direct the actions of talent during on-set productions .
  5. Support the Corportate Communications team to develop and execute multimedia content for social media channels .
  6. Provide on-location shoots with lighting, camera or audio production support .
  7. Collaborate closely with all team members to ensure work is completed on time and within budget/scope .
  8. Research new video/photography techniques for implementation into future project developments .

Additional Functions:
  1. Transport production equipment and follow on-set safety procedures .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task, details, priorities under extremely tight deadlines and schedules required.
  2. Experience with the use of DSLR and professional level video cameras.
  3. Cinematography and post-production editing.
  4. Experience in the use of professional video lighting techniques.
  5. Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (After Affects, Photoshop, Premiere).
  6. Proficient in the use of compression technologies.
  7. Assists internal customers with material requests of video footage.
  8. Ability to survey an environment, identify lighting/sound needs, and set-up video equipment to capture high-quality footage for marketing and communication use.
  9. Excellent organizational skills are necessary to contend with multiple projects.
  10. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  11. Ability to interview and interact with employees, Senior Leadership and customers.
