About the position
Gulfstream’s brand marketing team is seeking a motivated marketing or business student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with brand and marketing team members on initiatives involving customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing and merchandising. This is an in-person internship beginning Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.
Responsibilities may include (and are not limited to):
- Provide campaign development and advertising support—including planning and research, analysis and reporting
- Assist with vendor management in collaboration with procurement and contracts teams
- Support CRM, marketing automation systems and data management activities
- Help with inventory management, shipping and warehouse support
- Administrative and other tasks, as assigned
Education and training requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a similar field
- Graduation date must be during or after May 2027 (must have finished sophomore year)
- Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week (40 hours is preferred)
Experience and other requirements:
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Some experience with CRM or marketing automation applications is a plus
- Must be punctual and trustworthy with a get-it-done attitude
- Must be a team player who has demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships
- Must be willing to work independently or in teams, depending on the project or task
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
- Rotation Requirements: Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation.
- Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
- Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
