We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our Interior Design organization that is a self-starter, eager to learn and ready assist designers as required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective assistance with presentations (sample boards, renderings, drawings) of aircraft design concepts incorporating customers requirements to achieve marketing objectives and to meet all FAA requirements
2. Interface with interior design to develop effective presentations for aircraft refurbishments and/or completions.
3. Assist in coordinating all fabric material inquiries and reserves to check for availability for assigned aircraft
4. Organize, prepare, distribute and file materials and data to help establish and maintain effective communication and information systems within the design department.
5. Support completion design as required.

Additional Functions:

1. Time management, space planning, self-starter, ability to work without constant oversight.  
2. Maintain organization and cleanliness of sample library

Minimum Experience Requirements:

1. Knowledge of design principles, color science, textile, carpet and leather techniques.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Education Requirements:  

1. Actively pursuing a degree in Interior Design or related discipline
2. Junior level or above

Internship Requirements:   

• Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above  
• Graduating on or after December 2024. 
• Be able to do work at least 24 hours per week during the months of September - December 2025.  
• Must be onsite, this is not a remote position. 
• Have reliable transportation.  
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding) and must be listed on resume.
