We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our engineering organization, which specializes in the design of interior furniture, components, systems, processes and trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate specialized information effectively to the engineering team.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for employee communication, events, and initiatives.
• Support trainings and continuous improvement classes.

Preferred Skills in the following:

• Lean Six Sigma 
• Content Strategy
• Technical writing
• Process communication
• Visual design
• User research 

Preferred Interest:

• Aerospace

Preferred Education Requirements: 

• Actively pursuing a degree in Human-Centered Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors or other related disciplines.
• Junior or above, preferred. 

Internship Requirements:  

• Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above 
• Graduating on or after December 2024.
• Be able to do work 40 hours per week during the months of August - December 2025. 
• Must be onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Have reliable transportation. 
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding) and must be listed on resume.
