What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on aircraft production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat failures
- Complete repairs, calibrations, and equipment setup activities to required specifications
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance in the CMMS system
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Management teams to support manufacturing operations
- Assist with equipment testing, installation, and training initiatives
- Support continuous improvement efforts and equipment upgrades
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of maintenance experience supporting electrical controls and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment
- A 2-year technical degree may substitute for one year of experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment using pneumatic and electrical hand tools
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work any shift
- CNC and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) experience preferred
- Experience replacing spindles, ball screws, bearings, linear guideways, and performing hydraulic repairs is a plus
- Machine alignment and laser alignment experience is a plus
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Description
- Diagnoses cause of electrical and mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and apply corrective action to resolve re-occurring issues.
- Proactively conducts Preventive and Predictive Maintenance inspections and performs required. duties in accordance with recommended schedules.
- Performs repairs and corrective maintenance to equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability so that the equipment is capable of operating within the required. specifications.
- Performs setup and calibrations on scheduled intervals for all aircraft related production equipment .
- Daily input of required. data in CMMS system for machine reliability and control.
- Interfaces daily with key Management and Production personnel regarding all aircraft related production equipment. .
- Assists with Engineering acceptance testing and training. .
- Ability to work any shift.
- Background in CNC Equipment and GSE Equipment a plus.
- Must be able to read electrical schematics and blue prints.
- Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
- Must have demonstrated working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls aspects of factory automation systems and the integration of devices used.
- Working knowledge of replacing spindles, ball screws, linear guide ways, bearings, hydraulics repairs, and precision machine/laser alignments is a plus.
- A working knowledge of PC based Microsoft office. Experience with computerized maintenance management software relevant to spare parts management, work order creation, and Preventive Maintenance preferred.
