Electronic Systems Engineer - Controls Systems - TS II in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in the development and integration complex integrated systems required
- Experience with FAA/EASA part 25 certification with emphasis on Engine Controls or other complex controls system preferred
- Prior aircraft OEM experience with supplier support/management of a major system supplier through an aircraft development cycle highly preferred
- Working knowledge with ARP4754A, with emphasis on system level V&V and/or supplier level V&V coordination preferred
- Experience with review of DO-178B/C product life cycle artifacts preferred
- Previous experience developing system and component level requirements for DO-160 qualification also preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical oversight of engine controls or other complex systems, including cross-functional and supplier technical coordination
- Support programs throughout the development life cycle from program kick-off to certification and post-TC improvements
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers within the organization

- The level of technical skill and abilities appropriate for this grade will be established by each discipline.
