Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 10 years progressively responsible related experience to include 4 years experience managing professional level employees.


Position Purpose:
Provide Leadership and guidance to the Gulfstream Customer Support Sales organization by focusing on and enhancing sales strategies to meet business and customer objectives. Collaborate and leverage stakeholders to produce sales results and maximize resources to exceed targets. Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and monitoring processes, to ensure comprehensive and accurate aircraft maintenance service requirements, specifications and design projects are aligned to meet customer and corporate objectives.

Develop strategies and communicate plans, issues, and results to all internal and external stakeholders including employees, peers, leadership, network partners, service providers, and end customers. Manage and develop direct reports to ensure they meet the organizational goals while following the leadership model competencies.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Lead Customer Support maintenace sales team, and the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, programs and procedures 2. Review, coach and enhance the performance of sales team 3. Develops and motivates the sales team and other support staff for effective implementation of assigned functions 4. Responsible for customer experience 5. Increase market share, penetration and predictability within the Customer Support organization 6. Ensure key stakeholders, customers and team members remain connected and collaborating to protect the customer experience and Gulfstream brand 7. Development and administration of annual financial forecasts and departmental budgets to include non-salary and fixed asset budgets. Monitors and controls cost/expenses and other resources to ensure cost effectiveness 8. Implement an operating model that ensures Sales Team is exceeding and/or meeting customer and Gulfstream targets 9. Develop and implement innovative client focused aircraft repair and refurbishment strategies Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Must have demonstrated leadership ability and possess strong communication skills.
2. Airframe and Powerplant or pilots license preferred.
3. Must be knowledgeable of Service Center (MRO) operations.
4. Ability to navigate complex Customer interactions.
5. Must be computer literate/proficient.
