Customer Support Managed Program Analyst Sr in  GAC Savannah

Unique Skills:

We are adding a new member to our who has a desire to take their knowledge of Gulfstream aircraft and CMP maintenance to a new level.  We are looking for someone who will help us transform the creation of time estimates for performing CMP task level inspections (Chapter 5).  These estimates will be used to help Gulfstream estimate and price customer maintenance activity.   A highly preferred candidate will have Gulfstream aircraft maintenance experience, a working knowledge of MyCMP, and a desire to help us shape the future of estimating maintenance activity.  Strong communication skills, the desire to collaborate, and the ability to use Excel are all a plus.



Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance or business administration required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 7 years related aircraft maintenance experience or experience with financial analysis or pricing.

Position Purpose:

Under minimal direction, create, develop, and monitor sales programs for Gulfstream fleet. This encompasses bundling of services, vendor negotiation, contract development, process design and comprehensive pricing exercises.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Creation and design of sales programs including, but not limited to, bundling services for Gulfstream customers.
  2. Oversee tracking process to control costs and minimize cost impact to sales programs and customers.
  3. Manage review of maintenance records, including CMP documentation, aircraft, engine and APU log book entries and parts documentation for accuracy to determine enrollment fees for programs and ensure pricing model for sales programs is accurate.
  4. Lead cost analyses, business cases, and feasibility studies related to enhancements of existing or creation of new sales programs.
  5. Primary responsibility for internal education of new and existing sales programs.
  6. Manage the development of marketing materials for new sales programs.
  7. Primary responsibility for process mapping of new sales programs with a focus on inclusion of relevant stakeholders.
  8. Manage the analysis of aircraft maintenance cost in sales programs.
  9. Responsible for accomplishment of specific tasks/projects as assigned by the PS Sales Programs Manager.
  10. Prepare and manage inquiries, RFQs and proposals for prospective customers.

Additional Functions:
  1. This position may require working first, second, third, swing, or weekend shifts. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Intermediate-advanced skill level in Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.
  3. Knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, technical manuals systems, and aircraft maintenance records system preferred.
  4. Project Management background preferred.
  5. Strong Mechanical Systems/Structures and Avionics/Electrical Systems background preferred.
