Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 1 year contract administration or customer account administration experience.

Position Purpose:

In coordination with Senior Contract Manager(s) and under general direction, performs a wide range of contract administration functions relating to the preparation of contractual documentation. Oversees and ensures all contracts are administered in accordance with established company policies and procedures, and has oversight responsibility for the aircraft delivery process. The primary focus of the position is contract administration.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. In accordance with established processes & procedures, ensure that the obligations contained in contractual documents are performed by appropriate personnel/organizations within the company to achieve successful execution of such agreements and ensure that performance adheres to established company goals and objectives.
  2. Assist in the coordination of all activities related to the preparation and execution of contractual documents. Act as the point of contact for the customer regarding the documentation requirements for the acceptance and delivery of each document.
  3. Interact with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction .
  4. Assist in developing and implementing new policies and practices to address changing internal and external contract administration requirements.
  5. Identify all contract risks and ensure they are evaluated, assessed, and coordinated with the appropriate internal and external personnel as directed.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of controls to monitor contractual performance.
  7. Perform current and historical analysis of existing contracts to support senior management and other departments as requested.
  8. Provide interface between the Savannah facility and off-site personnel on appropriate issues.
  9. Assist in all aspects of developing, disseminating, and administering contracts. Prepare all necessary transactional documents for execution.
  10. Analyze established processes and related documents to ensure that they satisfy contractual obligations and limit the company's contractual liability to that defined in the contract.
  11. Maintain continuous surveillance of status, progress, and potential areas of difficulty and recommend corrective actions to be taken to ensure conformance with contract obligations.
  12. Assist in establishing, maintaining, and updating files and records according to established departmental and company policies and procedures.

Additional Functions:
  1. Interact with all levels of management and across all departments and organizations as required. .
  2. Maintain daily contact throughout all levels of customers organizations as required. .
  3. Maintain accurate computer-generated records and maintain various other reports as required. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer. This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
