What You Will Do
- Set up and operate automated inspection machines using established programs.
- Verify machine setup and ensure inspections meet required specifications.
- Remove, inspect, and replace transducers as needed.
- Adjust inspection programs to support NDT requirements for flat and contoured composite parts.
- Identify parts and select the proper inspection settings.
- Set up programs for different part families.
- Clean, load, and unload parts from inspection equipment.
- Troubleshoot 3View and Aragorn inspection systems following manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities and minor machine repairs.
- Complete required paperwork and inspection records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure equipment is ready for daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of related experience or education required.
- At least one year of experience working with automated equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
- Basic shop math and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Education and Experience Requirements
Job Description
- Operate automated machine using existing programs.
- Test program and ensure machine is set up in accordance with drawings.
- Remove and/or replace cutting tools and offsets as required. Inspect condition of tools and replace as needed.
- Manipulate programs to fit inserts into material, ensuring fit and conformity.
- Inspect cut material/part prior to CNC operation to ensure conformity and compliance with blueprints, models, and/or engineering documents.
- Identify material and appropriate cutting tools. Set up material and inspect for serviceability.
- Monitor material supply. .
- Validate preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machines. .
- Complete paperwork and other documents as required. .
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment .
- Comply with 5S and Environmental, Health and Safety requirements. .
