Unique Skills:

Applicant must proficient with computer and knowledgeable of CMP maintenance tracking platform. Applicant should have experience in tracking maintenance programs and obtaining letters of authorization for aircraft operations.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Aviation maintenance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years aircraft maintenance experience to include 4 years CMP experience, preferably with Gulfstream aircraft. An A&P license and 4 years of related aircraft experience in addition to the 8 years combined experience may offset the degree.

Position Purpose:

Provide continual planning and support of customer maintenance programs utilizing CMP.net and other tools as available to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements. On a daily basis, interface with customers, departments, and vendors, to ensure accuracy of maintenance records and the overall efficiency of the customer maintenance compliance efforts.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Maintain assigned customer approved maintenance program, identifying scheduled maintenance tasks that must be accomplished to ensure continued adherence to FAA or other regulatory agency requirements.
  2. Proactively create and provide consolidated work packages that will assist the customer in accomplishing scheduled maintenance in the most expeditious manner and maintain regulatory agency requirements. .
  3. Assist in identifying scheduled maintenance, Customer Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, product improvements, STCs, etc. that require Service Center level capability and assist in planning the workscope. .
  4. Conduct customer maintenance program audits to verify accuracy of records. Compile audit findings and provide recommendations to customers for conformity to FAA, manufacturer, and vendor requirements.
  5. Respond to correspondences, interpret information, and apply technical knowledge to ensure the continued integrity of the customers maintenance program and aircraft data.
  6. Coordinate relationships and communications with various business units to ensure efficient integration and deployment of customer maintenance requirements. .
  7. Coordinate with nonGulfstream maintenance providers to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of completed maintenance documentation. .

Additional Functions:
  1. Interact closely with other business unit contacts to ensure that implementing and deploying new maintenance program processes or enhancements are aligned with customer expectations. .
  2. May be required. to travel in support of CMP activities. .
  3. Assist in training new analysts in using the CMP application and to ensure appropriate tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet customer requirements and service levels. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Must be competent with computers and Microsoft Office.
  2. Required to exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Gulfstream Chapter 5 and the CMP.net system. .
  3. Required to demonstrate an understanding of scheduled maintenance planning methods.
