BT Salesforce Support Admin in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
The Salesforce Support Administrator will be responsible for the design, configuration, development, testing, documentation and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to determine business needs, design solid strategies and ensure effective cooperation throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Create, maintain, and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations within the Salesforce environment.
- Maintain security at all levels through company rules.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and integrated products.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Report development and dashboarding experience.
Required
- A BS in Computer Science related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Salesforce certification(s) and Trailhead experience.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/ architecture, and security model.
- Experience working in Sales Cloud (contacts, accounts, reports, workflows and dashboard).
Desired
- Exposure / experience with Conga CLM and Conga Composer implementation.
- Salesforce Marketing cloud campaign management and /or journey design and implementation.
- Service Cloud case management and configuration experience.

- Codes and documents software programs in accordance with design specifications.
- Creates unit and integration test plans.
- Performs unit and integration testing.
- Participates in peer code reviews.
- Supports application deployment.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve existing methodologies, processes or other areas of application delivery performance. .
- Proactively communicates issues and status as required. .
- Experience with software development methodologies, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and best practices required.
- Experience working in teams.
- Proficiency with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) desired.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Exercises problem solving and creativity when developing code, to create efficient, reusable software, which results in minimal maintenance. .
- Basic communications (oral and written and interpersonal) skills. Proven ability to develop effective relationships with peers and first level management.
