This position is responsible for leading and executing strategic full-cycle talent acquisition initiatives to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business objectives and workforce plans. Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative guidance on talent strategies, market trends, workforce planning, and hiring decisions. Drives proactive sourcing initiatives, strengthens talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, and ensures a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Partners cross-functionally to identify talent needs, develop innovative recruiting solutions, and support organizational growth objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, and/or Talent Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across professional, technical, engineering, operations, and leadership-level positions.
- Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing and recruiting plans
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to influence workforce planning, organizational capability, and hiring decisions.
- Experience leading hiring strategy discussions, talent review sessions, and workforce forecasting activities.
- Proficiency utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, talent intelligence platforms, and sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics, labor market data, and workforce trends to drive business decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Experience building diverse talent pipelines and implementing innovative attraction strategies for critical skill areas.
- Demonstrated success leading recruitment-related projects, process improvement initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
