People Team Spec III (Talent Acquisition) in GAC Mexicali
Unique Skills:
This position will be responsible for executing and driving full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, identify, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. Partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain strong candidate pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements while supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies in competitive talent markets.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning activities.
Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, etc.) preferred.
Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives or recruitment-related projects preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements
