Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering. 8 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Lead a Multidisciplinary & Senior design team to support processes and smoothen engineering challenges.Provide technical support to designers through engineering change/release process and oversee Master schedule in Advance to meet Aircraft engineering milestones.Support and coordinate engineering specific initiatives intended to measure and/or improve quality, on time deliveries & assigned budget to make sure they are all implemented and standardized.

1. Lead Department improvements and projects .
2. Suggests annual department objectives .
3. High complexity tasks projects .
4. High performance expectation .
5. Leads team of people and coordinates with external contacts.
6. Mature- Senior employee supervision .
7. Formal teams, mentor training.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Supervision to ensure target.
2. Decision and problem solution with medium to high rick, may affect deparment/section/area objectives.
3. Needs judgement and creativity to make changes.
4. People skills, team work, communication skills, external negotiations.
5. Advanced English level: spoken and written.
6. Frequent participation in presentations and negotiations.
