Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Business Administration. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Assure production and facilities equipment availability. To provide solutions to the company requirements.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .
2. Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .
3. Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Shift Availability.
2. Microsoft Office.
3. 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
4. Strong adaptability and collaboration.
5. Teamwork skills.
6. Strong customer service attitude.
7. English spoken and written 85%.
8. Communication skills.
9. Experience in TPM culture and deployment.
10. Strong knowledge in general equipment and building maintenance.
11. Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
12. Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
13. Medium knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
14. Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
15. Use of measuring and control systems.
