Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. 8 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implementing methods of CNC programming for different machines to meet customer demand. Supporting continuous improvement projects and / or training.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 3, 4 and 5 axis .
- Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization .
- Support and suggest corrective actions to solve identified problems .
- RCCA Analysis .
- Internal and external quality problems solutions .
- Create TMO'S. (Tool Manufacturing Orders) .
- Support the robust FA( First Article) system .
- Selection of new technology for tooling; Create 3D tool models .
- Lead department improvement initiatives and projects .
- High complexity tasks‐projects .
- High performance expectation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
