Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Develops a balanced production program based on demand, capacity, hours and resources availability.Monitors daily results of processes and makes the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Answers and follows customer requirements .

  2. Updates databases and communicates effectively with internal and external customers .

  3. Is capable of handling more than two customers at a time .

  4. Upgrades the production program and makes necessary adjustments when contingencies arise.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. CAS, Windows Office (Excel Macros and Visual Basic is a plus).

  2. Experience in production control.

  3. MRP environment knowledge.

  4. Demand balance and MIN MAX systems experience.

  5. Proven communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.

  6. Analytical and proactive capacity.

  7. Ability to work under pressure.

  8. Advanced English level.
