education and experience

sufficient to successfully

perform the essential functions

of the job. Entry level. Data processing,

planning, sched/track, or

related analytical experience

utilizing project mgmt tools.

Requires proven experience

with PC based software such as

Project,Excel,Word,PPT.

Knowledge of Access a plus.

Position Purpose:

Under direct supervision, supports engineering scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities for the Engineering organization, functional groups, or design teams.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Support preparation and maintenance of engineering schedules using established processes and templates .
  2. Gather, validate, and update engineering data from multiple sources .
  3. Assist with weekly and monthly schedule tracking activities .
  4. Prepare standard performance charts and reports for review .
  5. Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues to leadership .
  6. Follow defined procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data .
  7. Create schedule plans based on engineering demand, Master Schedule dates and available resources to ensure engineering deliveries meet program objectives.
  8. Prepare and maintain master and functional schedules within Engineering.
  9. Work with Engineering group to prepare and develop milestone reports.

Additional Functions:
  1. Assist with data extraction and basic reporting activities .
  2. Support documentation and data organization as required. .
  3. Automates data manipulation with macros where necessary. .
  4. Provides support with development of miscellaneous reports and data extracts when required. .
  5. Coordinates with customers and keeps project data current. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Advanced English listening, spoken and written.
