Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Reviews quotes and supplies in time and quality all indirect, fixed asset, service and maintenance requirements for all departments; ensuring and following auditable procedures and establishing the lowest total cost of acquisition.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Negotiates, contract and coordinates, operation supplies, Capital projects, building requirements and all services for the company .

  2. Indirect material purchases through contracts, open purchase orders, masters, etc .

  3. Negotiates national and international contracts for indirect material and services, solving receipt and invoicing problems .

  4. Expedites urgent materials.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Supply Chain INCOTERMS knowledge.

  2. Procurement systems.

  3. MS Office.

  4. Knowledge in Indirect purchases, international negotiation and contracts.

  5. Advanced English level.

  6. APICS.

  7. People oriented.

  8. Teamwork.

  9. Negotiation skills.

A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
