Essential Functions: 

Single point-of contact to represent the business units and support areas|Basic understanding of Gulfstream University and Quality Manual specifications related with Quality Certifications, critical processes or related to our product and manufacturing process|Document learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS), creation, distribution, collection, and completion of rosters, etc|Quality Rate (defects) - On Monitoring employees < 3 months|Safety Transferences and New Hires Strategy (GAP Analysis / On Boarding)|Monitor and control Manufacturing and Quality Certifications|Audits, reports and compliance of annual, biennial and triennial computer-based training (CBT) requirements|Audits, track, and support annual Personnel Training Needs by model or area|Coordinate trainings related to personnel that works on shop floor|Develop and train shop floor personnel on different levels|Owner of JIBs/Training Material and support with material content updates|Training Matrix Compliance|STPS training program compliance|Development of procedures, visual aids, work instructions or training material|Negotiation, plan generation and schedule with external vendor specific training requirements (manufacturing processes and soft skills)|Identification of opportunity areas related with Quality Manual or Certification specifications|Support projects and suggest improvements|Low Medium complexity tasks, needs instructions to perform.

Low - medium data analysis and statistical reports|Previous project management experience|Low - medium problem solving skills|People Skills|Excellent communication Skills|Teamwork skills|Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred (only internal)|Basic procedures|Intermediate English Level|Strategie presentations|Abilities on Microsof Office|Basic training package and On Boarding (SBUs support)|TWI / JI Certification|Experience as a trainer (Demonstrated)|Weekly supervision.

 


 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering required. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Other TWI . Other JI Certification .

Position Purpose:

As the Associate Training Compliance Auditor at Gulfstream, you will be responsible for detecting, developing, coordinating and executing trainings needs in order to ensure knowledge and skills of our personnel ensuring Quality Manual requirements related with Quality Certifications, critical processes or related to our product and manufacturing process.You will interface with various levels of the business and will act as the representative for the training organization in any internal/external audits conducted.
