Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Perform activities of collection and financial information analysis, related with expenses, investments, cash flows and returns; analyze the costs of production and operations of the company, providing support to different business units and functional departments to calculate the financial impact of their projects and provide the necessary information for organizational decision making.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Acts as an advisor on material transactions and adjustments that impact the material costing of the products .
2. Prepares and presents the Monthly material presentation .
3. Prepares monthly Obsolete reserve report and presents to material and finance management .
4. Performs Analysis of variances for month end related to material costing .
5. Performs Audits to warehouses and cycle counts process and support Physical Inventories .
6. Is recognized by the area a subject matter expert .
7. Top Management Presentation .
8. High level negotiations.

Additional Functions:

1. Evaluating risks for the company .
2. Negotiations that may impact entire company .
3. Follow plans, strategies and goals of Finance team. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Material Costing and Financial Analysis.
2. SAP experience in material costing.
3. Strong technical experience in Financial field.
4. Experience leading improvement projects.
5. Training, supporting, coaching and advising not only specialists but also Management.
6. Creating plans, strategies, goals for Finance team, and also Coordinate activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates.
7. Advanced English Level: Spoken and written.
