Position Purpose:

Bring Support to the Manager, leaders and coordinators of operations SBU focusing on meeting the goals of each area and the SBU.Primary focus on financial metrics.Development of applications to improve performance.Coordinate work process projects.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Generation and control of data to production of each one of the areas in real time .
2. Generation and control system of expenses at plant level .
3. Generation of metric efficiency by updating and administering the system in real time with information of different sources .
4. Support to the different operations business units through projects, analysis and implementation of systems .
5. Support in the investigation of tools to improve the different processes and their implementation .
6. Follow up and control of the indirect hours of the SBU for training, lean, recognition, manintenance and certifications .
7. Analysis in project of re-structuring and design of flow for operative areas, development, implementation and improvement of information systems through continuous improvement .
8. Analyze, detect and suggest improvements.

Other Requirements:

1. Advanced Windows Office.
2. Management data bases and internal training.
3. Advanced English spoken and written.
4. Experience in Project Management.
5. Analysis of information (graphs, reports, statistical data).
6. Programming experience (Visual Basic, Access, VB Script, Java script, HTML 5, CS, Style, or MySQL).
