Unique Skills:

Objective:

Supports material planning functions to improve efficiency of recurring tasks, Develops reporting & tools to improve inventory levels, forecast reliability & usage rate analytics to meet business needs.

 

Main Activities:

Ensures availability of data and reporting  to support daily operations for diverse materials functions.

Plan and implement materials/supply chain optimization projects.

Collaborate with IT professionals, Materials Leaders & Finance analysts to ensure robust data collection, implement effective systems and monitor financial KPI’s.

Supports excess and obsolete material reviews and meetings to mitigate scrap cost.

Coordinates updates of materials presentations for upper management along with new metric creation/maintenance.

Supports change management process (ENG changes, product transfers, etc)

 

Requirements:

Professional degree: Industrial Engineer, Computer System or Similar.

5 years of experience in the supply chain (Production Planning a must)

SAP, ERP/MRP systems

English level: Spoken and written (advanced +80%).

Excellent analytical skills

Software: Powerpoint (Effective presentations), Excel (VBA, M Language), MS Access, POWER BI (DAX, M Language), Power Automate, SharePoint Online & Access

People skills, teamwork, communication skills

Project Management.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Develops, analyzes and ensures the availability of information related materials production plan, ensuring proper flow of material disposition.Supports material planning functions to improve efficiency of recurring tasks.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Support information requirements for diverse materials functions across Business Units .
  2. Develop databases .
  3. Ensure Obsolete and restricted inventory disposition flow .
  4. Back up critical historic transaction data .
  5. Create monthly finance statements and projections related to material disposition and scrap provisions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

  1. Reserve inventory, auditing the process of Warehouse and materials in general.
  2. Microsoft Office skill (excel, word, access, macros).
  3. People skills.
  4. Team work.
  5. Communication skills.
  6. Advanced English level spoken and written.
  7. APICS.
  8. Management and inventory control.
  9. SAP.
  10. Solumina.
  11. Management MRP systems.
