Unique Skills:
The candidate must have:
- 1+ years of proven track record of building and deploying automated tests in a software development environment.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a team environment
- Experience coding in Java, Python, or similar languages
- Knowledge of, and preferably experience in, the use of test management tools and test automation frameworks

General qualifications:
- Helps validate IT processes through careful testing to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives
- Able to develop test plans and scripts based on deep analysis of data in support of business cases, projects, and/or system requirements
- Able to identify and dissect workflows, create and validate test assets, and support multiple customers and projects concurrently
- 1+ years working under the SDLC is preferred
- 1+ years working in Scrum, Kanban or SAFe is preferred
- Expertise using an IDE (IntelliJ, Visual Studio, etc)
- Experience with GIT as version control system
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good planning, time management and organization skills
- Convey ideas and concerns clearly and effectively
- Empathetic and Results-Oriented
- Embraces change and willingness to take on challenges
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and build technical documentation for new and existing solutions
A plus:
- Experience with Issue tracking and requirements gathering
- Experience working with Eggplant, Selenium, Playwright or Tricentis is a big plus
- Experience working under Azure DevOps is a big plus

- Under general supervision, assists with development and establishment of quality assurance standards, procedures, and measures for the automation of information technology services .
- Assists with gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements, which includes writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems .
- Helps validate IT processes through careful testing to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives .
- 1+ years of experience of Automation processes .
- Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in, the use of Test management tools and test Automation frameworks .
- Able to validate the effectiveness and relevance of the test assets they create against a defined test plan .
- Able to build test assets concurrently for different customers and projects, managing their own time and meeting delivery deadlines .
- Understand common end-to-end user workflows of the applications as they build test assets .
- Have an understanding in one or more modern programming languages including Java, Python, or similar languages .
- Knowledge of IT system environments/platforms and development tools .
- Development frameworks such as waterfall and scrum/agile .
- Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment .
- Excellent planning, time management and organization skills .
- Professional experience in quality assurance software testing as part of the development process.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions .
