Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Other PQL 102 . Other PQL 097 . Other Quality Tools training . Other Project Management . Other Yellow Belt preferred.

Position Purpose:

Supervision of assigned personnel (Inspectors of Quality).Responsible of the definition and implementation of the Quality strategy at SBU leven assuring the correct coverage and coordination of assigned activities.Responsible to provide Support to the opertion Departments.Front‐line Supervision and Multicell leader.Support of multi‐cell projects/initiatives.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
2. Detect area needs .
3. Lead improvement projects .
4. Coordinate personal, tools and all resources to assure the correct inspection program implementation, linked to the quality system and quality specifications .
5. Report incidents affecting the process .
6. Contributor in Root cause analisys for problem's solutions .
7. Manages quality projects in the SBU and develops action plans .
8. Training matrices development and implementation .
9. Promote Coaching and recognition for QC Inspectors assuring team motivation.

Additional Functions:

1. Decision and problem solving with Very high risk management skills .
2. Support as Quality Manager back up. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Intermediate English Level (Reading, listening and writing).
2. Advanced experience in management team presentations and negotiations skills.
3. Master degree on administration (desirable).
4. Experience different areas or departments.
5. Experience training New Leaders.
