Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering required. 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Other Internal Certification (Qualifier) . Other External Certification .

Position Purpose:

As the Associate Training Compliance Auditor at Gulfstream, you will be responsible for detecting, developing, coordinating and executing trainings needs in order to ensure knowledge and skills of our personnel ensuring Quality Manual requirements related with Quality Certifications, critical processes or related to our product and manufacturing process.You will interface with various levels of the business and will act as the representative for the training organization in any internal/external audits conducted.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. STPS training program compliance .
2. Development of procedures, visual aids, work instructions or training material .
3. Negotiation, plan generation and schedule with external vendor specific training requirements (manufacturing processes and soft skills) .
4. Identification of opportunity areas related with Quality Manual or Certification specifications .
5. Support projects and suggest improvements .
6. Low Medium complexity tasks, needs instructions to perform .
7. Compliance with Government Regulations (law updates and documentation required) .
8. Compliance related with training documents about manufacturing and Quality Manual changes .
9. Lead projects, suggest improvements and participation in short and medium term strategies .
10. Medium - High complexity tasks, occasional instructions to perform.

Additional Functions:

1. Decision and problem solution with medium risk .
2. Take actions to avoid findings and future problems .

Perform other duties as assigned.
