Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures .

  2. Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System /CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input .

  3. Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure that corrective action is performed.

  4. Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.

  5. Create log book certificates for maintenance aircraft.

  6. Post original log book certificates to customers.

  7. Filing log book certificate and original worksheets.

  8. The administration of the computer controlled records archiving system for all documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Microsoft Office competent.

  2. Human Factors - preferred.

  3. Luton Phase 1 trained -preferred.

  4. RSA typing qualified - preferred.
