About the Team

The Reliability & Performance Analytics team supports Gulfstream Customer Support by developing data-driven solutions, managing business initiatives, and improving tools and processes that enhance the customer experience. The team works at the intersection of aviation, technology, analytics, and business operations to transform data into actionable insights, support product and program initiatives, and enable more effective decision-making across the organization.

 

The Collegiate Associate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship while supporting a variety of initiatives across the team. This role provides exposure to disciplines including data analytics, project management, product management, program management, business process improvement, and digital collaboration platforms. The selected candidate will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that support both Customer Support and Gulfstream customers.

 

Potential responsibilities

  • Assist team members with ongoing projects and business initiatives.
  • Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard activities.
  • Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, presentations, and action item tracking.
  • Assist with SharePoint site organization, development, and content updates.
  • Support product and program activities through research, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Help gather and organize business requirements and user feedback.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support team objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while developing an understanding of business and technical processes.

 

 

Preferred degree programs

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following disciplines: 
    • Business Administration
    • Business Analytics
    • Management Information Systems (MIS)
    • Information Systems
    • Information Technology
    • Data Analytics or Data Science
    • Computer Science
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Aerospace Engineering
    • Operations Management

  • Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Spring 2027 semester, beginning in January 2027.
