Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering. Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering Degree is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Catia V5 and Smarteam with demonstrated experience beyond training
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop 2D and 3D aircraft and aircraft component engineering drawings/data/models
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively communicate the organization's position with external and internal customers.
- The ability to effectively work with and support a multi-disciplined team of engineers, mechanics, technicians, managers, etc.
- Basic knowledge of structural load paths and stress analysis
Prefered Skills:
- Direct structures experience with Gulfstream aircraft past and present models and the associated type design data
- MRB, concessions engineering or in service repair experience

Knowledge of FAR Chapter 25 Part D, specifically design and construction regulations
- Experience with AMMs, CMMs OHMs SRMs or other aircraft manuals
- Experience with troubleshooting aircraft systems
- Hands on aircraft repair experience and/or understanding of sheet metal and machined part fabrication, and assembly of such.

- The level of technical skill and abilities appropriate for this grade will be established by each discipline.
