Our team is looking for a hands-on Senior Admin who can support multiple Directors and their individual teams. This person will operate as a valued member of the Flight Test and Operations organization, using their keen eye for detail, solution oriented mindset, and communication abilities to support our tight-knit group of curious, creative, and analytical engineers, pilots, and managers. Our ideal Senior Admin has a passion for elevating our mission to create and deliver the world’s finest aviation experience!
A well-spoken team player, the Senior Admin will support and orchestrate the administrative functions for three Directors and a team of ~120. The Senior Admin will perform a variety of organizational functions and will demonstrate the following: an ownership approach to all tasks, a proactive project mindset, confidentiality at every level, and confidence in completing assignments with limited supervision. Prioritization skills are a must. Core Responsibilities include task and calendar management, travel logistics and support, expense and budget coordination, responding to communications in a timely manner, and the ability to coordinate among a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Skills for success include: 1) ability to compose materials as directed by the team, 2) strong organizational and management skills, 3) ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, 4) self-directed prioritization of work and projects and the ability to show measurable progress through open communication, and 5) incredible interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.

- Performs a wide range of administrative support duties as required, including but not limited to using word processing and advanced spreadsheet applications on a PC, filing, directing phone and in-person requests for information, preparation of internal correspondence, schedule and travel coordination, mail processing, and departmental meeting support.
- Accomplishes specific departmental responsibilities in accordance with published departmental work instructions. Maintains department procedures and work instructions.
- Works with specialized software applications to develop controls and reports for the department, division or company.
- Participates in the administrative preparation and tracking of departmental budget, annual objectives and strategic planning efforts.
- Participates in departmental or cross-functional teams as appropriate.
- Assist in procedure development as required. Takes appropriate action when non-conformances are identified.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Acts in a safe manner and seeks to ensure the safety of others in the immediate work environment.
- Performs a wide range of special projects as assigned.
