Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 10 years progressively responsible related HR experience to include 4 years experience managing professional level employees.

Position Purpose:

Lead the effective delivery of the strategic workforce plan and manage the talent management process for a given customer/business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan. Responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within the People Team to deliver effective solutions. Supports functional groups that are relatively large, complex in nature and that strategically drive the P&L. Partners directly with members of the Gulfstream Leadership Team. Operates as a member of the People Leadership Team and as such is accountable for the success of the strategic plan.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Develop and execute a strategic workforce plan to align and support the business strategic plan and overall long-term needs of the business .
2. Manage an integrated talent management process implementing strategies to identify and cultivate high-potential talent .
3. Measure, analyze and communicate the performance of human capital against the delivery of the business .
4. In conjunction with the People Team leaders, evaluate program and policy effectiveness and make recommendations for investments based on market and business trends .
5. Develop and achieve a cost-conscious budget and display a return on investment mindset in all actions and proposed spend .
6. Earn influence for the People Team function, as well as personally, across the organization through integrity as an operator, accuracy through analytics and insights, and collaboration .
7. Develop talent across the People Team organization, and measurably with direct reports .
